07/10/2009 - Press diner in Malis restaurant

On October 7, 2009, a Press Diner was organized in Malis restaurant in Phnom Penh, by the Pilot project for the protection of Geographical Indications in Cambodia (a project from the Ministry of Commerce, supported by the French Agency for Development). The famous Cambodian chef Luu Meng has been very supportive for the preparation of this event. He has elaborated a menu enhancing the quality of Kampot pepper and Kampong Speu palm sugar, and has performed a live cooking demonstration.
